Everything you need to know to plan your travel and stay for the Taylor Family Reunion in San Antonio! We've compiled information on travel options, accommodations, and local attractions to help you make the most of your trip. We can't wait to see you there!

Travel Information

San Antonio International Airport (code: SAT) is located approximately 15 miles from the hotel.

Transportation to/from hotel

Hotel Shuttles – Neither hotel offers a complimentary shuttle for their guests servicing the SAT airport.

Rental Cars - There are several car rental companies at San Antonio Airport. The Consolidated Rental Car Center sits opposite Terminal B and is connected with the terminal through a Sky Bridge on the terminal’s Mezzanine level.

Ride Shares – Approved rideshare services (or ride-hailing or ride-booking service companies) meet customers on the curbside, lower level of Terminal A. 

Taxis – Taxi cabs at San Antonio Airport are found outside of Terminal A, arrivals level.

Trains – The San Antonio Amtrak train station is located approximately 17 miles from the hotel.

Greyhound – The San Antonio Greyhound bus terminal is centrally located in the downtown area of the city and is approximately 17 miles from the hotel.

Limousines – A number of authorized and permitted Limousine service providers are available for service to and from the airport.

Hotel Accommodations

We have secured a block of rooms at discounted rates at the following hotels:

  • Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio Six Flags® at The RIM
  • Residence Inn by Marriott San Antonio Six Flags® at The RIM

It is recommended that you reserve your room(s) no later than May 5, 2026. After this date, fees will revert to market rates and rooms will be based on availability.

Note: Both hotels do not provide complimentary shuttle service to or from San Antonio International Airport. Ride-share options such as Uber or Lyft are available for transportation. Refer to additional options listed above.
