What is the cost for the reunion per person?

What is the deadline to submit the Registration Form?
Preferably by February 15 or earlier, if possible, to help us finalize for headcount and catering arrangements.
Is there a deposit fee?
No, but there is a payment schedule. One half of the registration payment for your family group will be due no later than March 5. This will allow us to secure the caterer and other reunion related expenses. Additional details, including fees by age group, are provided on the Registration Form.
For example, a family of four that includes two (2) adults, a 7-year-old child, and an infant would pay 50% of the total or $322.50.
Calculation: [$250 x 2] + $125 + $20 (if ordering a T-shirt for the infant) = $645 ÷ 2 = $322.50.
If you opt not to purchase a T-shirt for the child aged 6 years old or younger, then it would be [$250 x 2] + $125 + $0 = $625 ÷ 2 = $312.50.
Note: All paid registrants will receive a complimentary T-shirt based on the selected size(s) provided on the Registration Form.
When is the deadline to submit final payment?
Remaining Balance or Final Payment will be due on May 5, 2026
What other form of electronic payments are accepted if I do not have a Zelle account?
We are exploring other options and will update you with that information once available.
How will events be monitored and how will we know if a person has paid their dues?
A colored code wristband will be distributed to all individuals at the Meet & Greet who paid their registration fee.
What is the dress code for the family dinner dance?
This gathering will be an all‑white casual chic affair—stylish, relaxed, and effortlessly elegant. Come dressed in something comfortable yet polished, and prepare to move, mingle, and create unforgettable memories together.
Is there on-site parking at the hotel?
Yes, there are plenty of parking spots at both hotel properties. However, a daily rate of $5 is charged.
I am interested in participating in a tour or an excursion. Where do I sign-up?
Please use the Sign-Up Form to let us know which tours or excursions you are interested in. Your selections help us arrange transportation accordingly.
If I arrive late, where can I pick up my swag bag?
During the Welcome Event at PopStroke or contact any of the family reunion committee members.
