Thursday, July 9

3:00 PM–4:00 PM: Swag Bag Distribution (located in Hotel Lobby).

Note: If you are unable to attend at this scheduled time, please reach out to a member of the reunion committee. They will ensure you receive yours.

5:00 PM–8:00 PM: Family Welcome/Meet & Greet at PopStroke

Important: We kindly ask that you utilize a shared ride service, such as Uber or Lyft, to reach the venue.

 

Friday, July 10

7:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Complimentary Breakfast 

9:30 AM: Family Group Photo (Wear Reunion T-shirt)

Important: This will take place in the hotel lobby.

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Excursions*/Activities/Free Time

6:00 PM – 9:00 PM:  Bites and Game Night / Karaoke & DJ

Note: Western-themed attire is encouraged! Think boots, jeans, and cowboy hats!

 

Saturday, July 11

7:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Complimentary Breakfast 

10:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Excursions*/Activities/Free Time

6:00 PM –10:00 PM: Dinner Dance/Talent Show - 

Note: This is an all-white event—casual chic, not formal.

 

Sunday, July 12

8:00 AM–10:00 AM: Farewell Breakfast
